Motherhood can be overwhelming.

My welcome to motherhood has been filled with more love than I could have ever imagined—and more loss than I thought I could survive.

Along the way, I’ve realized I don’t want to just experience pregnancy and motherhood. I want to thrive within that experience.

To do that, I’ve had to make my physical, mental, and emotional health a priority. And I want to help you do the same thing.

I’ve spent my whole life moving.

I was a competitive dancer as a kid.
I danced professionally for the NBA.
I hold four professional certifications in exercise and nutrition.
And now I’m living out my calling helping moms make their health and wellness a priority.

For me, movement has always been medicine. But I realize not everyone is wired quite like I am, and I can promise you this: No matter where you are in your motherhood or fitness journey, I’ll meet you right there… and help you take your next step toward the healthiest, happiest version of you.
